The role of Senior Analyst FP&A - Export & License is a part of a team of passionate self-starters who seek out opportunities to innovate and ignite top line growth in new & existing European markets like Germany, Sweden, Russia, Spain or Ukraine. The position holder will stretch his/her capability, will work in a virtual environment across the Export and License team. You’ll deliver our First Choice agenda by managing effectively and timely the reporting processes, including the consolidation of financial reports for Export and License markets across Europe like P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow in line with group standards and accounting principles of US GAAP. Preferred location is Prague with approx. 20% travel. The role reports to the Finance Manager and Controller Export and License.

A few key things you’ll be responsible for:

• Ensure periodic closing are correct, including control of all accounting entries, to provide accurate financial information.
• Responsible for BPC upload (Volume and no ECC Companies) plus Cash Flow Validation. Formulate Balance Sheet reconciliations, Intercompany, and Cash Transfers are done on a quarterly basis and in line with Group requirements.
• Tracking of Volume and Spending Operating Plans and compare to actual results, Latest Estimate and LY, Transactional and Translational Forex effect.
• Manage M&S accruals, payments, and reconciliations, quality management reporting, analysis of business performance, following up results and comparing it against plan. Lead pricing analysis and implementation.
• Development of standardized P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliation process monthly, quarterly and annually of actual results according with GAAP accounting and our financial guidelines.
• Responsible of SOX check list in quarterly basis and also guarantee governance and compliance policies.

And now the qualifications:

• You have 3+ years of experience in Big 4 accounting firm and/or multinational industry experience in Finance Departments, at least one as senior accounting executive or Finance Manager in FMCG.
• You have an excellent understanding of financial planning, budget and project evolution with knowledge of internal audit, accrual process, P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet management.
• You are master in managing Excel.
• You are familiar with SAP.
• You are fluent in Czech/Slovak and in English.
• You are able to focus in details and manage large quantities of financial data and meet tough deadlines even with limited resources and work in project environment.
