Junior Brand Manager

Purpose of positon

• Purpose of this role is to support execution of activations and strategies in Slovakia across full portfolio, including innovation. The role reports directly to Senior BM Core National Brands CZ&SK, with dotted executional line to Senior BM Premium and Portfolio brands and General Manager Slovakia.
• Key point of contact for executional matters, including daily contact with local agency partners and rest of MC Slovakia team.

Accountabilities:

• EXECUTION: Responsible for adaptation of approved growth drivers for MC/ABI portfolio, working closely with both SBMs. Deliver brilliant execution of approved growth drivers.
• CROSSFUNCTIONAL TEAM: Support execution within crossfunctional team in Slovakia.
• BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Responsible for rigorous budget management according to agreed plan / LE budget. POs and Invoices.
• PERFORMANCE: Responsible for accurate reporting on brands performance in Slovakia, KPIs tracking, effectiveness in investment spend and regular brands performance reporting including competitive activations towards SBM as well as Commercial team in Slovakia to leverage the insights for MC portfolio growth. Support with consumer and market analysis.
• AGENCIES: Orchestrate daily work with agency partners, ensuring all strategic and creative ideas approval by relevant SBM.
• MEETINGS: Representative on regular commercial teams including sales conferences and briefings as per commercial calendar plan.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year marketing experience
• Education - business or related university degree
• English - advanced written and spoken
• MS Office - advanced
• SAP - advanced
• Target oriented, open minded, team player, positive attitude, drive, eager to learn
• Financial acumen and cost-consciousness
• Driving license
