Cost analyst for IT function

As IT Cost Management Analyst MCE, you will be part of a global IT team responsible for either global or regional coordination.
The role manages, and coordinates procurement associated with European IT and associated project activities, including purchase requests, purchase orders, good receipts, invoices and tracking of these activities.

A few key things you’ll be responsible for:

• Monitoring of IT costs, including project and baseline costs incurred for current and future projects ensuring adherence across IT to MCBC IT & financial policies, processes, and standards.
• Contribution to the management of billing/invoicing to comply with expected controls and limits per the company's procurement and financial processes and documentation.
• Supporting Intercompany billing process of IT costs between divisions.
• Supporting Global and Regional Leadership with adhoc financial project needs and ensures that regional IT (3rd party, baseline & projects) procurement is within corporate, legal, and tax guidelines.
• Communication the financial information relevant to IT to key global and regional IT and associated stakeholders.
• Working as a part of the global team in the maintenance of the global IT cost model, and contributing to the creation of the financial view for the global IT LRP and AOP, this role will support provision of financial analysis including trending, allocations, and accrual of costs to ensure Local, Regional & Global IT Total Cost of Ownership is understood by IT Leadership and efficiencies are identified and effectively managed.

Now our requirements:

• Experience in managing financial processes and understanding project budgets, baseline cost drivers, assets in service processes and contract invoice tracking
• 1-3 yrs finance experience and knowledge of key cost drivers.
• Knowledge in SAP or another ERP, Business Warehouse and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point, Prior budgeting, forecasting.
• Financial reporting experience
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Results and detail oriented
• Solid teamwork and collaboration skills
