Executive Assistant

The role of Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a flexible, comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to Export and License General Manager and Export and License team. The position flexibly assists members of the Molson Course Europe Headquarter team across Europe in various capacities including administrative support and dealing with day to day work. The role reports to the Finance Director. The position is located in Prague.

A few key things you’ll be responsible for:

  • Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements (including where required the administration of expenses), arrange meetings for members of the Leadership Team.
  • Procure to pay process delivery, creating purchase orders, make goods receipts in SAP, collect and process invoices.
  • Deal promptly & effectively with post, maintain an up-to-date & effective filing system ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Dealing with telephone calls, enquiries & e-mails on behalf of the members of the European Leadership Team, dealing with routine matters in their absence & producing concise file notes to record occurrences.

And now the qualifications:

  • You are experienced of handling external (virtual) stakeholders and working for a variety of functional leaders, including customer interaction and ability to communicate at all levels across multiple functions.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated evidence of working cross functionally.
  • You are experienced in managing multi-country/location experience.
  • You have exceptional English proficiency.
  • You exhibit high levels of competency in multiple social media platforms, media, office based IT tools.
  • You have meticulous attention to detail and you are able to prioritize and multi task across your workload.
  • You have degree in Business Administration or in related subject, preferably BA.
