We are currently looking for new colleague for role Regional Supply Specialist, who will be supporting our Supply teams across Europe mainly in shipment and distribution management.
Intercompany CEE/WE shipments management: Receiving and processing of orders from ICO (intercompany movements) export customers, interaction with customers in order to fulfill their requirements, communication with freight forwarding and shipping companies, process and solve customer complaints and reclamation, organizing POSM (point of sales materials) and dispense equipment deliveries
3rd party product distribution management: Managing and maintaining the deliveries plan from 3rd party vendors, making sure the stock is balanced across CEE countries so cash & availability targets are met, orchestration of the IBPE (integrated business planning execution) process with the 3rd party vendor feeding into the CEE Supply Chain Review
What will be your key responsibilities?
Receiving and processing orders (incl. SAP entry) from customers (e-mail, fax), cooperation & communication with planning department and customers
Order Availability Check -> In cooperation with planning department checking the stock of required goods, based on such availability check agreeing the loading date with transport companies and confirming back the unloading date to receiving parties
Engage with the methodology of the SCOSS (supply chain operating strategy system) and the standardized regional tools with focus on the ICO movements planning, develop costing and visibility for the ICO movements; feed-in data and analysis in the SCR (supply chain review) cycle for the ICO movements stream; support the development and implementation of the Inventory Management tools
Customers Administration handling - Preparation of documents for registration, checking the correctness of information and communication with customers, managing of price lists for individual customers, controlling and updating them, empties management. *Customs and excise documents handling in EMCS (excise movement and control system) systems (where applicable)
AbInbev & other 3rd party vendor import planning - maintenance and development of the current shared planning tools, coordinate forecasting, order placing and documentation processes. Import and distribution planning – act as a single contact point with the supplier. *Coordinate, validate and centralize the import planning process. Propose and validate optimal import planning consensus plan with the countries. Balance between service and inventories
What do you need in order to be successful in this position?
Analytical thinking, friendly with numbers/mathematics (Using data in order to prove certain direction setting as well as prioritization of certain tasks in countries in complex regional supply environment)
Communication skills internally and externally (Regional supply balancing approach, regular communication with other business unites´ representatives as well as planning departments in CEE countries. Setting direction and clear expectations setting to local planning teams is expected.)
Advanced user of MS Excel (level of Macros) and Sharepoint
Advanced English language
Preferred is some experience in supply planning or in general in supply chain area
